When you try to import patient image files from disk and tried to view you get below error message.
Navigate to File > All User Preferences > (double-click user you'd like to enable this setting for) > General and tick 'Use Q2Pix to Display Images in Contact List'.
You can also try changing the following Adobe settings to see if this allows you to preview PDFs in Genie using Adobe:
In Adobe, navigate to Edit > Preferences > Security (Enhanced). Untick 'Enable Protected Mode at startup' and tick 'Enable Enhanced Security'.
