When Genie client has frozen on your rdp session you can either end the genie task or log out of the server.
Log out of Server Steps:
To log out of the server, right click the start menu in the bottom left of the remote session hover over "Shut down or sign out" then click Sign out"
Double click the log out icon on the desktop
Log back into the server and genie should be closed. Just open it back up.
Force Quit Genie Client:
1. Right click the back toolbar at the bottom of the screen and select "task manager"
2. Press Esc + Shift + Ctrl at the same time and task manager will open.
Once Task Manager is open click on the genie client and then hit end Task.
Now open genie back up
